"Votistan"

The following text was written March, 2023:

"Votistan (Russian: Вотистан) , or officially, The Republic of Votistan (Russian: Республика Вотистан, Romanized: Respublika Votistan) is a country located in Central Asia. Votistan consists of 5 Oblasts, or Districts, and it is bordered by Russia to the north, China to the east, and Kazakhstan to the south. A country with dense forests to the north and deserts to the south. Votistan has some ethnic groups such as; Russians, Kazakhs, Ukrainians, and Germans. Religious groups include Orthodox Christians, Protestant Christians, and Sunni Muslims. The capital and largest city in Votistan is Votsk (formally Novosibirsk). Russian is the largest ethnic group and Protestant Christianity is the largest religious group.

Votistan is the only country that practices the Christian Theocratical Ideology called known as Protestant-Orthodox Theocracy. Votistan is an observer state of the UN (Not in the UN because the UK, US, and Germany do not recognize Votistan). Votistan is also in the Central Asian Union, The Russian Commonwealth, The Collective Treaty Organization, and the Eurasian Economic Union.

The Voti nation was established on January 4th, 2019 after being under Kazakhstan and Russia's rule for decades after the United Socialist Soviet Republics (USSR) collapsed. After Kazakhstan and Russia's relations collapsed when Kazakhstan joined N.A.T.O (National Atlantic Treaty Organization), Russia funded an American mercenary group called the "Voths", led by Noah Voth to fight Kazakhstan. The conflict was known as the Kazakh Civil War of 2018. Then, Kazakhstan signed a peace treaty and Russia ceded some land to support the Voths. The mercenaries quickly assimilated into Russian culture and life. Renaming themselves into the Vots, establishing Votistan. But it was not formally recognized by China and Russia until 2023."
